He is the founder of iDream, a Workplace Transformation practice established in 2003.

An Architect by training and a Chevening Scholar from Oxford University, Parthajeet integrates design thinking, behavioural science, technology, and organisational psychology to help organisations create friction-free, future-ready workplace experiences. His work spans global companies, complex transformations, hybrid work models, cultural shifts, and data-driven decision-making.

He is also the co-author of the acclaimed book Work Made Easy, which explores how organisations can simplify work by identifying friction points and redesigning workplace touchpoints for ease, clarity, and effectiveness.
