1. Love your lunch hour

We live in a world where so often lunch is scoffed down whilst frantically typing away at the computer, with our phones pressed against our ears, precariously balancing that forkful of food. It’s time to put a stop to rushed stressed out lunches and use the time to get outside, even for half an hour and stimulate those feel good chemicals. If there’s an outdoor space near the office, why not organise a fun game of rounders, cricket or football or even a group power walk? According to research by Frontiers, taking at least 20 minutes out of your day to get outside and connect with the great outdoors will significantly lower your stress hormone levels. Physical activity also encourages the production of endorphins which make you feel great and lead to more motivation and inspiration at work which can only be a win-win situation.
