Thanks to Covid 19, remote working has become an extended and accepted part of the workplace experience for most organisations across the globe. For those organisations that are new to this, this has meant adjusting to completely new realities. It has not been easy for all. As the ‘people factor’ takes centre stage in running a business, business leaders have had to radically alter their own thinking as well as processes. Ensuring co-workers retain a high degree of trust within teams has been a challenge. Communication styles amongst team members have required new thinking. The way performance is measured has undergone radical change.
